First of all, get a great pizza dough recipe.
But the clincher is,
throw in some ground flax and chia seeds!

It's sooooo easy, and you don't need a fancy grain mill.
Just get a coffee bean grinder that you use exclusively for grains & spices.
(I think if you used the same one you use for coffee, it would alter the taste a lot.)

It literally takes seconds to whirl up a small amount.
Put it in pancakes, waffles, bread, pastries, ANYTHING!
