grilled pork chops {with pineapple salsa!}

We are embracing the fact that it is spring, at least on the calendar.

And so we grilled tonight!

Ignore all that pesky snow.

Pork chops & pineapple salsa was our entree' for dinner.
DELICIOUS!

Here's the salsa recipe:

1 small can of pineapple, with most of the liquid
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1-2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or less, if you can't handle the heat!)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all up!

THEN...
take some of the liquid from your salsa and mix it with
your favorite BBQ sauce.
Mmmmmm!

Grill your chops with some Cajun seasoning (or whatever you like),
then at the end of the grilling process, brush on your BBQ sauce mixture.
Grill for a tad longer, just to let it all linger.

THEN....
top it with your salsa.

Then DIG IN, baby!

It's so yummy.

REALLY YUMMY!

This looks so yummy!
We just picked a whole pork from the packers and I have lots of pork chops in my freezer! We will have to try this!
