drinky-drink!

What a busy day it's been, friends!

Here's a few things that I did:

1.  Homeschooled the children.

2.  Made granola.

3.  Made three loaves of banana bread.

4.  Made coconut butter. (SWEEEEET!)

5.  Roasted eight chicken breasts.

6.  Made Chicken-fried-rice for dinner.

7.  Made four loaves of Ezekiel bread.

THEN,
I sat down and took a breather for a short bit,
with my newest favorite drinky-drink.

Fruit Smoothie with Coconut Butter.

Frozen fruit (from Walmart or Sam's!)
Water
Coconut Butter

Blend it all together, stick an umbrella in it...and ENJOY.

You can order and find out how to make coconut cream into butter, HERE.

Really delicious and super nutritious!

Win-win!!!

Mmmmm....that looks yummy! Keep the recipes coming! Speaking of which, do you share your Ezekiel bread recipe? I know I could find one online but I prefer to use recipes that have been tried by friends who can vouch that they are yummy. (I get easily overwhelmed by recipe choices and am not fond of experimenting.)

Hey! We had chicken fried rice for dinner too! ...except Graci made ours because I was still dealing with the lava issue.
Oh, and I baked some apple wheat muffins for breakfast.
And I'm hoping that my children diligently homeschooled themselves, also due to the lava.

Oh, and I would so love that drink! I can't believe you have a little umbrella!

OK, that's about it. : )

Your drink looks so good!

I need to try the coconut butter. I am being tested for some food allergies. I am pretty sure it's going to be grain, eggs and dairy. Sounds like fun doesn't it?

Yumm! I'm not a big coconut fan but since it doesn't involve dried bits I would probably be fine!

Please share your granola recipe! I'm in need of something healthly to take to the ball field!! Sunflower seeds and peanuts are only good for so long :) Sheri
