Oh, you sillies!
Of course my headless roosters ran around!
Actually,
they didn't exactly run.
It was more of a violent flop...and hop.
Dude, they got some air.
It was way cool.
And don't you worry,
my little kids took it all in stride.
They are WAY used to life
in the country.
We've lost many pets, many chickens,
and many wild animals,
before their very eyes.
It's just the way it is.
They are fine with it.
We live in God's country!
And here's my littlest,
holding our newest.
I do fear that it's only a matter of time
before our new kitty cats become lunch
for a wild creature lurking in the woods.
That's life in the country.

Ah a kindred spirit!! We didn't spay our cat because we go through them like crazy and people just look at me like I have 4 heads when I say that's how we ended up with kittens - and um really we aren't worried about having them around ugh! Ok that does sound kind of bad LOL!
I hear yah! Many life lesson to learn through country life. :).

Totally jealous of the kitty cat! I love cats but I'm allergic - it's gotten worse with age... and ya know I ain't gettin any younger!
Happy 4th!
