spaghetti thingy

Well last night was a great blog post in the making.

However,
no one involved cooperated.

What's wrong with these people?

Like this one who ran in a ghost-like fashion throughout the house...
yet I couldn't quite capture with my camera the extent of what
was happening.

Or the numerous things that were spilled & knocked over
from playing frisbee in the living room.

I also can't show you with pictures
the evidence of the above male family members
who each used this spaghetti thingy to scratch various parts
of their bodies.

Just to torture me.

But I will show you this sweet child whose
world is all at peace when popcorn is being made.
Because it's so much darn fun.

And if you are wondering where Macy was in all this nonsense...
well, she was here in the thick of it.
The fact that she gets so stinkin' tickled at the boys' antics
sure doesn't help divert them.

Hope your day is filled with love, joy, and peace.

And if you have an itch,
grab your spaghetti thingy.

Just be sure to throw it in the dishwasher after wards,
OK?

That looks like fun! And such brilliant, mulit-purpose uses for a spagetti spoon!

Heloise has got nothing on you. First the napkin tip and now the spaghetti spoon. I'm thinking you should start your own column. Any creative uses for vinegar at your house? I'm all ears :)

Oh my dog! that is the funniest thing EVER!! Seriously, what I wouldn't give for a house full of rotten boys! WAY too many girls around my house!
I have totally been stalking your blog for months without commenting. Your blog always makes me smile. I miss blogging and have a ridiculously long, and just downright ridiculous post coming soon.
Thank you for being such an inspiration. You guys rock!

OK--the scratching thingy is extremely gross, although I HAVE seen something more horrid. One time in China, we were in a restaurant with no A/C. The guys at the next table got hot and took off their shirts. Then, as if that wasn't sickening enough, they began to scratch their backs with their chopsticks and then stick them back into the communal food in the center of the table. ACK!!!!!!

ok, 1st of all, Karin, I am going to BARF!! No, really! Your making that up!

I was going to say that you have the perfect set up going! You have the rotten boys to teach Lucy and your new son rotten tricks and Macy to eg them on!

I am really not going to be ok after Karins comment... Sheri

I am 12 days from my meeting my first son in China. I so do not want to give up my spaghetti thingy! People keep telling me that boys are different, but I prefer to focus on the differences like, "Boys don't cry all the time." Thanks (NOT) for the reality check!
