I was recently digging through my big freezer in the garage
for something dinner-related.
About mid-way down,
this is what I found....

About mid-way down,
this is what I found....
It's a basketball-size ice...ball...thingy.
Turns out, Nick had filled a balloon to its capacity with water...
wrapped it in a towel
(I guess so it wouldn't get cold...?)
then stuck it in my freezer.
And forgot about it.
This child is 15 1/2 years old.
Practically a man.
But there is still an ornery little boy in him that will
hopefully always remain.
I just love that.
