Well, I'm grumpy.
Plain and simple.
But, I'll spare you the details.
I have nothing to say today except to show you a couple of
pics,
one of which I couldn't get to post.
But just imagine a really cool shot that Nick made in
his game last night.
And that's all I'm going to say about last night's
game (and its location), otherwise I may have to repent.
On a light note....
Here is Brenden practicing the piano
(YES, I'm happy to say that he has been practicing every day).

I told him to give me a nice Liberace pose
(sorry, I couldn't think of another famous pianist)....

Thanks, Bren.
Oh and basketball will officially be over on February 27.
Please plan on attending my celebratory party.

LOL!! I was about to post something along the lines of WOW, he is cute, and then I see the second photo and almost pee'd myself! Boys will be boys I guess! Haha!
Try to cheer up! Sending some good vibes your way!
:)
Gracie's been grumpy all week. Would you like me to set up a play date?! :)
Seriously, you came to my mind in the middle of the night - Praying for you!
I'm grumpy too...I'm snowed in!
Brendan...you are supposed to use your sleeve! and don't get that on the keyboard!
Aww bless your heart.
I have to admit, when I read the first part of your post, I HAD to think, " How can one get grumpy with those delightful kids???" But then I remembered I have delightful kids, and I can get pretty grumpy, let me tell you.
I hope it gets better.
And the Liberacce pose??
P-E-R-F-E-C-T. lol.
Hope you are feeling less grumpy soon, my friend! Just start focusing on PRAISING GOD! That always works for me. : ) Love you!
Hi Lori,
Arrived here from Karin's blog. I have enjoyed your comments over time and thought I would visit. Nice pose by your son? (You don't really look old enough to have him but anyway.) It would seem that he has your sense of humor. Looking forward to your wit and wisdom in the future and btw, I thought your "Women of the Blog World" calendar idea was a stroke of genius!!!
Take care,
Lisa
The finger up the nose is sooo hilarious and reminds me of my brother who is always doing stuff like that! Like today--his status on Facebook was that it was 'his older sister's birthday and that she is 46 today.' He's lucky I love him.
Lori, here's a piano joke to share with Brendan:
What's brown and sits on a piano bench?
Beethoven's last movement!
Hee hee

Hi Lori,
I've visited your blog several times and I wanted to comment on the picture of your son. It made me crack up, what a typical boy. I have 5 sons and I have similar pictures. Also, 4 of my sons play basketball and as much as I love watching them play I'm due for a break.
If your grumpiness has anythig to do with referees letting games get waaaaaaaay too physical, I am right there with you!
*Tell Macy we received her cards! I was so excited and my girls loved it. Tell her thank you and give her a hug from us!
Don't feel too bad. We all have our days! Happy Valentine's weekend!
