my littlest man...

Things are going pretty good around here.

The boys are continuing to figure things out...
which is way easy for Little Dude...
and a little harder for Eli.

It's just so much easier to mesh into a new family as a little one.

But they both doing well and spending copious amounts of time
playing outside.
They really have the greatest time being out in the sunshine
riding scooters, bikes, and well, anything with wheels.

Last Sunday we had a little pocket of time that my parents
were home and offered to watch all the kiddos (the 15 & under crowd).
So we didn't miss a beat on that one and
took them by to hang out there for a while while K-man and I
had a MUCH NEEDED mini-date.

It was so nice.

We had lunch.

In a restaurant.

But here's what we came back to...
My littlest man playing with a purse in a coon-skin hat.

The props at their house are endless.

This is what happens when you are offered
free babysitting.

I'll take it ANY DAY.

LOL!!! What a great picture!

So glad to hear that you were able to enjoy a mini date....If I lived closer, I'd come babysit for you & K so you could get out alone more often.

♥ you!

Hehe...I knew he was just like Jakey. I must say that he and Jake both look very fetching in a coonskin hat. :)

HE is most definitely your son and I am certain he fits in very nicely with his two two oldest brothers.

This made me smile, what a handsome little man!
Glad you got a little time away!

Yay for dates! So glad you were able to get away for a moment! Then to come back to that cute face? Love it.

Have to say, that looks just like something my 4-year-old (who has two older sisters) would be doing--or toting some type of weapon while wearing an apron! I suspect they'd get along fine.

I LOVE it - seeing that jump-started my slow movin' day!!!!

O.k. you should see my face right now, or about 1 min ago, I didn't know it was a 'coon hat. I was just staring at what I thought was his hair with my mouth wide open, thinking what the heck is she feeding him (and where can I get some) for the hair to grow like that!!!
