fan of the year

Wow, I think I made my millionth visit to Wal Mart today.
Do I get a prize of some sort?
I really do deserve a prize.

But, I think that wraps up my shopping.
Well, actually I need to sneak a few more special items.
*Pink cowgirl hat*

No, it's not for me.
Though I'm desperate for one, if you must know.
But who isn't?

Anyway,
it's going to be a completely crazy week.
Lots to tell you about after the fact
(including Christmas, of course).

Please do forgive me if I'm absent for a short bit.

But I'll leave you with a few basketball pics.
But not of our player.
Our fans.

I wish I could convey to you the amount of enthusiastic energy
Brenden puts into his cheering efforts.

Oh.my.word.

If you are reading this and have witnessed (or fallen victim to)
his enormous school spirit,
you know that I'm not exaggerating one single bit.

This child can whistle so loud that you want to smack him.
And he somehow manages to clap almost as loud.
I can't understand how someone can
clap so loud.
It's completely over the top.

But I'll just stop right there because words simply can't express nor
can pictures possibly convey
the obnoxiousness of this fan that I'm SO thankful is on our side.

He looks innocent enough.
Not so.

He leads the pack.
And trust me, you don't want to be anywhere near him
during an intense game.

And then there's Lucy.
Here she is cheering along with the cheerleaders.
She LOVES these girls!
I really need to break out her uniform to see if it still fits this year.

OK, I gotta go.

LOL!! I know someone like that. I married him. That whistle comes in handy in NYC when your kid runs WAY to far ahead and ignores/can't hear you calling him. lol.

And how much do I love Lucy's sytle in accessorizing??!!??!

She should be my girl!! My own girls are not so adventurous. So I will keep enjoying yours. lol.
