super news galore {yay, God!}

Oh my gosh,

this day just keeps getting better and better.

Yay, God!!

Literally less than an hour after my last post,
I got the mail and there was a letter
from Show Hope!

They approved us for a $4,000 grant!!!

How wonderful is that?

I'm telling you,
God is providing every single nickle for this adoption.
I am in awe of His faithfulness.

In.Complete.Awe.

But, it gets better....

We got our LOA today!!

WAY fast, my friends.
WAY FAST.

Just 30 days since our LID!

Yay, God!!!

God is faithful! I am very happy for you! The stress of saving/raising money hangs on for awhile....I am still surprised when I see money in the checking account that isn't earmarked for some big expense coming down the road.

Hey! I missed that you have a private blog...any chance I can get on it? Thanks

So very, very happy for you! God always provides the way for His children to follow Him. Isn't it awesome to watch Him work through adoption? And I'm another one that missed the private blog! I have a feeling that might be the one I need right now! : )

Thank you for your kind reply and decoding the initials. I suppose every country has their codes, and since I didn't recognize them I figured it wasn't from a country I was familiar with.

In looking at the pictures of your children (I'm guessing), are your girls also adopted, also from China? I'm amazed and so thankful to see so many families following the Lord's command to care for orphans and especially adopting older children! Babies are always so sweet ~ but these older kids so desperately need homes too!

I have heard that the wait for travel in China is long. since you are pursuing an older child will that speed things along, relatively speaking?

Blessings to you also friend!

Sally
