Today's the day.
I'm breakin' out the ruler and the globe
and we're gonna have some
serious fun.
Right now I'm trying to work up the courage to
wake my sleepingbears teenagers so we
can hit this school thing hard.
And if K-man is lucky,
I'll dab a little chalk behind my ears at the end
of the day.

Have fun, Lori. I always loved the first day of school. It was he second, third, fourth, etc., that got to me.
Well, I think we are going to follow in your footsteps. I hate to stop summer, but we will be having a break too, so I believe we will start up the week after next. At least an abbreviated version. I sooo don't feel ready! Have a great school year! I'll pray for you today!
I am PRAYING for that TA to come!!! Macy Shu Li has waited LONG enough a family to call her own!!!! It's time!!! Come on C*AA, send that TA!!! Oh, hope the first day of school is swell!!!
Oh it is ABSOLUTELY a rule!!!! No doubt about it, friend.
Have a fun day starting school. We'll start sometime this week too--as soon as all our curriculum arrives. We NEED to get going as we will have so much time off when we travel for Hailee. I will be gone over three weeks. Yikes. Oh well--school will just have to wait :)

Should we be worried? It's after 10pm and you haven't posted again. I pray that all went well today. We start school in 2 weeks. I am trying new things this year so I am really excited about it.
Praying for good TA news for Macy Shu Li. She needs to come home and shake up your school room:-)
