spiritual warfare {brenden's view}

Tomorrow is Brenden's last day of school.
The end of an era.
I'm terribly sad.
And extremely proud.

He gave a presentation today of his senior thesis,
which was on,

Spiritual Warfare and Demonic Activity Compared in
The Screwtape Letters and Paranormal Activity.

Heavy duty stuff.
But he did a wonderful job of presenting Biblical truth in regards
to the real battle that is going on for our very souls.

Unlike his mother and father,
he seemed very relaxed and polished with speaking publicly.
Not sure where he gets that because it for sure ain't from your's truly.

I can't wait to see what God's plans are for my
sweet young man.

My sweet husband and I think alike.  However, the quality of our hair styling equipment varies a tad bit.  But, he improvised quite nicely.  I'm thinking he should have been a Marine.

The boys are doing amazingly well.

They have so much fun together, which is a huge blessing!

And they absolutely LOVE the pool!

Today was super fun because I got to meet for the first time,
face to face,
my darling friend, Connie!

She, her husband and most of their crew
stopped by for a quick visit
as they were passing through our area.
It was a sweet time!

Connie is a constant source of encouragement to me
and is such a dear friend!
