My little smart girl has taken a sudden interest in learning her letters. Every time she sees words she will point and declare the ones she knows and ask about the ones she doesn't. So when Whe*l of Fortune came on last night, she scooted her little chair up to the TV and gave us all a lesson on the alphabet.
She also LOVES to look at my Oswald Chambers devotional book, "My Utmost for His Highest" (a classic MUST-have for every Christian!!). She will point to the letters over and over, asking and telling. She has a hard time remembering the letter T for some reason...but W she never forgets. This morning she pointed to the T and asked what it was. When I told her she then said, "That's right Mama, good job!" Yes, I have mastered my alphabet, thanks Lucy. I didn't spent all those months in beauty school for nothin'! Ha.
Above we see the scrunched up face that Lucy insists on making for me to photograph. And yes, that's spaghetti on her face that she ate at 6 AM this morning. **sigh** But at least she stayed in her bedroom for the THIRD NIGHT IN A ROW!!!Someone asked about Lucy's JTM journal....it expired but I plan to renew it soon. Also, Nancy...I can't post Shu Li's picture yet. But I'm hoping to soon!!
