I'm baaaaack!

Wowie!  Look who the cat dragged in.  It's me, your long lost friend Lori! SO much has happened since I last blogged, that I don't even know where to begin.  I'll give you a few bullet points:

*We sold our beloved homestead home of 20 years.  So sad, I can't even think about it.
*We bought a new, adorable house in our small, adorable town.  We just love it!
*I opened a bakery a year ago that is now a booming success.  I can't wrap my brain around it.  I am having such fun!!
*We are no longer homeschooling...but, my (not-so) littles are doing just fine and dandy in public school.  They love it and everyone loves them!!
*The four big kids are all on their own now and doing very well with their various schooling and careers. So proud of them!!

Well, that pretty much sums it up!

I really miss blogging and it took me FOREVER to even figure out how to log onto the old blogging block.  I obviously need to change all my photos and everything else.  SO MUCH as changed. I'm rusty though, so it might take me a while to refigure everything out.

I really hope to make this my place to once again share the funny things that happen within my family...and also at the bakery.  Lots of behind the scene silliness goes on that you'll love!

Okay, same old Lori...I took my sleeping pill and now I'm getting loopy.  Alarm clock goes off at 4AM to go start the bread, cinnamon rolls, and other pastries!

Thanks for sticking with me!

If you're still here following along, I'd love to hear from you!

Welcome back, Lori...I have followed you for years, I nice to
hear your bakery business is going well...I'm sorry you had to move off your homestead, but glad you are doing well in town....
I "refreshed my memory" by looking back on your and your kids always made me have such a wonderful sense of humor and so did the way, I love his telescope!...those have always amazed me.I remember when he first went away to college.
One of my favorite remembrances was your loved Wanda!
I had chickens at a point in my life and just loved them I have 2 cockatiels and a Nanday Conure, named Buckwheat.
I am so happy the children are doing well, and you don't have to work with the weed eater any more..
Congratulations on your bakery business...thank you for writing...
