Here's the problem with me.
(Well, one of them anyway.)
Part of my much-
whined-discussed sleeping issues,
is that I frequently wake up with brilliant ideas that I can't get out of my head,
thus not being able to go to sleep until I do something about it.
I'll bet Thomas Edison had the same problem.
We have a lot in common, Tom and me.
But my idea-de-jour at 3:03 AM this morning was,
to make MINI cinnamon rolls.
And at exactly 3:18 AM, I got up to do just that.
Here's the result:
Aren't they the cutest?
Oh, and they're so delicious!
I'm selling them at the coffee bar at church this weekend.
And I also made a double batch of these beauties early in the AM:
AMAZING brownies, homemade, of course.
I also made 119 mini-muffins.
I am totally not kidding you.
All the evidence is in my freezer right this very minute.
I can prove it to you, if you want.
Come on over.
Oh my word,
there is really something wrong with me, isn't there?
Don't answer that.
And for now, at 1:28 PM, it's all I can do not to curl up on
the rug in my kitchen and take a nap.
I think I'll do that.
