Personally,
I feel like I do a few flips, then freak out and hug the beam
with all my might.
Then I try another flip or two.
Then hug tight.
Etc., etc.

It's exactly what I needed to see...
thanks for sharing this!!! such a great illustration of what many of us do. I was always that girl who hugged the beam but lately I have been asking God to give me that boldness to do lots of flips.
