    Awesome! You should stand up and be PROUD that you can hula hoop like a teenager! I could never figure out how to hula hoop throughout my whole childhood and early adult life. And then last summer, at the age of 35, I picked up a hula hoop and DID IT! Now I can't get enough and I'm working on my endurance... Abs of steel, here we come!
