they will make me big and strong

So here's a conversation I had
with Mr. Saiah (Isaiah) today.

Isaiah,
"Mom, can I eat the plants on my strawberries?"

Me,
"WHAT?"

Saiah (as his friend Justus calls him),
"The plants on my strawberries, can I eat them?"

Translation:
The green tops.

Me,
"Umm, no...you shouldn't eat them."

Saiah,
"Yes, I will eat them. They will make me strong."

    Too cute! I once told my kids how a friend of mine ate his entire apple, core and all, at lunch in the 10th grade. They thought that was so great. They still ask me about it whenever they eat apples:)

    I wish I could get one of my boys to willingly eat anything green! I love it, what a sweet little man you have been blessed with!
