our winner!

Yesterday was a really big day!

As you may recall, I told you about Macy entering

a Constitution Poster contest?

And she was one of the winners....out of almost 10,000 entries.

So yesterday was the award ceremony at

the National Archives Center.

(Before heading out to our big event)

The curator of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art was one of

the judges. Here she is telling what she loved

about Macy's poster.

plus two giant size poster prints of her design.

Woo!

I'd say she was pretty proud of herself.

Apparently, not having center stage sends

her into a tail-spin.

And refusal to be photographed.
