Drum Roll Please....


Nick and I had an absolute blast making his quilt together
and the finished product is so warm and cozy!!

I must say that we have both learned the valuable quilting lesson of
consistency in square sizes...and making the squares well, SQUARE!
But thankfully, this rag quilt hides a multitude of blunders!

  6. I love,love,love that quilt. And boy does it ever look comfy. I think its great that your teaching your son to quilt. What great quality time, and memories your making. Enjoy your dinner with your new friends. Im jealous, wish I could do that.

  8. Love it! Our WM has a whole new shipment of flannel. I thought of Nick's quilt, but restrained myself and will buy another day.

  9. So cool! So how hard IS it to make........can non-crafty, not so smart people make one? LOL! My daughter has a sewing machine now and we might have fun doing that together, or we might not........LOL
